Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property but will be available till 11 PM.

Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Consumption and ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is allowed. All mobile networks work fairly well here. All-male groups are not allowed. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. The swimming pool may not be operational from November to March due to the low temperatures during the winter. Every guest staying at the property must provide original government-issued photo IDs for verification and submit copies of these IDs before the check-in date, in compliance with government security regulations. The property will only permit guests who submit their photo IDs to stay. Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed. Hookah is strictly prohibited.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date. Please note guests must pay a mandatory refundable security deposit of Rs. 25,000 if they host any function or if the number of day visitors exceeds 10 individuals.
