Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property but will be available till 10 PM.

Guests can prepare their own meals. All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per person, per day. on an a la carte basis. All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day. on an a la carte basis. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery are also available.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

There is no restriction to access any part of the house.

Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes. Hoshiarpur locals and all male/female groups are not allowed. Only family groups are allowed.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date. Guests will need to pay a security deposit ranging from Rs. 5,000 to 20,000. However, during the occasion of an event, the security deposit will increase accordingly.
