Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, mixer, grinder, crockery and cutlery. Please note that the kitchen must be left in the same condition as it was during the time of check-in. In case it is left messy/dirty, a rental charge of the next day will be levied.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The guests have access to the entire villa.

There are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas (swimming pool, main gate, villa entrance) for security purposes. Stags are not allowed at the property. Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season.Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

You can pay the security deposit of Rs.15,000 along with the rest of the booking amount.
