When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Access is restricted to certain parts of the house.

Please note that the CCTV cameras capture the common areas such as living room, game room, dining area and exterior areas such as parking, entrance, lawn and other backside areas of the properties. There are many antiques and artefacts in the villa. Guests are expected to be careful and not cause any damage. Mobile networks such as Airtel/Jio work fairly well here. The last 200 metres leading up to the villa may not be concrete. Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans. Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
