The pool is It is 24x13 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

The location of the villa is secluded. All mobile networks except Vi work fairly well here. All-male groups are not allowed. High-tea and snacks can be served on the deck, however, all other meals will be served in the cottage only. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. Guests are requested to be careful while entering or exiting the spa to avoid accidents. The swimming pool may not be operational from November to March due to the low temperatures during the winter. Every guest staying at the property must provide original government-issued photo IDs for verification and submit copies of these IDs before the check-in date, in compliance with government security regulations. The property will only permit guests who submit their photo IDs to stay. No external vendors are allowed for Events Decor & Catering. Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed. Hookah is strictly prohibited.

If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
