Guests can access the kitchenettes only for reheating purposes. Access to the commercial kitchen is not permitted. Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering-in is allowed.

The kitchenettes are equipped with all reheating essentials, a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The pool is 40x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 4 bedrooms. Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen as well. The villa kitchen is limited to guests for reheating purposes only.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and exterior areas of the property for security purposes. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. All mobile networks work perfectly well here.
