Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per our Company regulations:
1. If the guest wishes to cancel before 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
2. For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
3. Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
**Refunds will be processed in 7-9 days post cancellation request.**
Security Deposit Refund Policy: 10,000 Reimbursement will be processed within 4-7 working days post-property inspection. Your strict adherence to this timeline is highly appreciated.
Noise & Disturbances: After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed in accordance with local regulations. Your cooperation in maintaining low music volume is appreciated.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing Tobacco: Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.
