Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretakers stay on the premises of the same property and are available from 8 am until 10 pm. Female attendants/staff retire to their chambers at 8 pm. Male attendants can be requested to stay back post 10 pm (until 2 am) at an additional charge. Extra payment will be charged if the guests ask the caretaker to extend their time and for picking up deliveries from the main gate.

Breakfast is chargeable. Breakfast ends at 11am. Please let your attendant know what time you would like the service to begin. All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. All rates are on a per person, per day basis. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Ice will be charged for. Please ensure you and your group stay absolutely safe. We also trust our guests to enjoy a happy high without indulging in drunken misbehaviour of any kind!

No - Smoking is not allowed at the property. Please smoke at the designated areas only. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire. A penalty of INR 10,000 will be charged if found smoking inside the villa.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
